Working internationally, exhibiting mainly across Europe and N/S. America O'Ceallaigh's focus is an exploration of the understanding of a queer aesthetic, if indeed, there is one.
A personal journey, and an acknowledgement to the status flux, O'Ceallaighs work seeks to emancipate those who know it, simply by promoting discourse around areas such as HIV, queer art censorship, body politic and internalised shame/stigma>pride, and fundamentally an effort to reduce hate... in all its forms. These are stunning photos . Sure there’s plenty of photos and illustrations of nudes and most are females.
I’ve been trying to get my big break as a male model as I got into it when I went from gymnastics to dance /adagio /acrobatics to circus arts.
My partner moved to Seattle long ago but I moved towards Philly to art , model or continue qwithothwr projects.
I’m posing Saturday 2/-8/17 at artworks Trenton nj.
I know it’s hike for you but it would be great to see you doing some art of my poses, and perhaps afterwards you can shoot a series of nudes of me. I’d love to
Model for photos and comfortable in my skin and with others .
Cheers

Hi Drew, Thanks so much for your comment. Thanks also for you invitation to Trenton. I’m a little confused by the date you provided. But I have too much on my plate right now to make the trip. Perhaps we can work together another time. Cheers, and keep on with the modeling, Bob
Here’s the link to for my modeling date.
It’s figure drawing so of course, I will be completely nude.
I hope I will be doing some quick gesture poses so I can try some of the acrobatics, but nothing like when I performed acro with Kathy back in the day.
One of the solo poses was taught to me by a teacher at Arcadia u. Soon after I moved to phila from Sarasota after kathy got that trapeze job. Scott invited me over to model privately at his home, and as a former model himself He stacked up several cushions on the floor for a reclining pose.
When it was ready I slipped out of robe.
Slipped off my flip flops, kneeled down, and slowly mounted the stack, and once I got in position, brought my legs up, pointing my toes to the ceiling and arched my back, mounting the cushions, much the way kathy balanced on my feet when I based her, and similar to Troy, when we became a trio, and after she moved to Seattle to do trapeze coaching, he based me both in circus and as art models when we did poses from our dual act.
What a feeling! I don’t have the strength and flexibility I once had, but I try to do some dynamic poses.
Please let me
Know if you know anyone who would be interested in coming on Saturday.
