London based Nigel Grimmer is a multimedia artist currently working with sculpture, photography and text. His diverse art practice is united by ongoing research exploring the relationship between images created for public or personal consumption, focusing on the language of the family album.
For Balaclava.Q Grimmer has contributed works from his series ‘Roadkill Family Album’ (2000-2013) and ‘Extended Family Album’ (2016). The ‘Extended Family Album’ is a work in progress, keep checking Grimmer’s website for new works in this series.
